This Privacy Policy explains how BrandPulse Panel ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of individuals who apply to or participate in our consumer research panel through brandpulsepanel.com (the "Site"). By submitting an application or otherwise interacting with the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a verifiable consumer request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request" and include your full name, email address, and state of residence.

We retain personal information for as long as your panel account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely. If your application is not accepted, we retain your application data for up to 24 months for fraud prevention and audit purposes, after which it is deleted.

8. Data security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and routine security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site and our panel are intended for U.S. residents age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.
